When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, condition, VIN if provided), photos you upload, and pickup address. We may also collect basic analytics about how you use our site.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and deliver your junk car offer, schedule pickup, process payment, comply with title and salvage laws, and contact you about your quote (call, text, or email). We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Your information is shared only with our pickup drivers, partner tow operators, and licensed salvage processors who need it to complete the transaction. We may also share information when required by law.
How we protect it
We store data on encrypted servers and limit access to staff who need it. We retain records as long as required for accounting, title transfer, and regulatory compliance.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@mykashy.com. You can opt out of marketing messages by replying STOP to any text, or unsubscribing from any email.
