Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final offer is confirmed at pickup after our driver inspects the vehicle. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Offer guarantee
Your quoted offer is guaranteed as long as the vehicle matches the description you provided and all components are original factory parts. Missing parts, aftermarket modifications, or undisclosed damage may result in deductions from the final offer.
Your vehicle
You confirm that you are the legal owner (or authorized to sell) the vehicle, that there are no active liens or loans against it unless disclosed, and that the information you provide is accurate. You'll have a valid government-issued ID at pickup, and a title where required by state law.
Pickup & towing
Free towing is included with every accepted offer within our service area. You agree to have the vehicle accessible to our tow truck at the scheduled time. Missed appointments may be rescheduled.
Payment
Payment is made on the spot at pickup, after the driver verifies the vehicle and paperwork. Payment method (cash, check, or digital transfer) is at our discretion based on amount and local regulations.
Title transfer
Once we take possession of the vehicle and pay you, ownership transfers to Kashy. You are responsible for canceling insurance and registration, and for reporting the sale to your state DMV as required.
Limitation of liability
Kashy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for the vehicle.
